History again and again confirmed that most of genocides (mass killings noncombatant population) were committed by tyrant regimes in the world, once  they consolidate power, military, security, finance, media etc, under their absolute control. The collapse of the USSR, meant  automatically the collapse of or the death of  the military dictatorial regime of  Mengistu; a son ” Leonid Breshineiv and his predecessors on whom the Derg regime was   absolutely dependent  until Gorbachev,  the last president of the USSR. There was a wind of changes, but the vital question that  was left unanswered was  in which direction does the wind changes? to the better or to the worse direction ?       

It was (is ) unfortunate  for the people who do know nothing except to be ruled by warlords, despotic monarchy, military junta,  to be treated as an object, like animals  for  more than centuries  that hope  was evaporated within less than  one year, evolved to the worst direction. It evolved from military dictator to the  cold-blood  tyranny the TPLF gangsters clan led by Legese “Meles” Zenawi, the admirers of Stalins-Soviets become a power holder  by all mean possible. He invented the EPRDF ( party of POWs) as umbrella party He was also an architect and the brain of the puppet PDOs. He also  planned  the eviction and extermination policies of  Oromos. Right after consolidating power from top down by empowering the highest positions to his nearest-trusted personals,  in  military,  finance, security, media, almost in every sector of the system.

He began systematical the process of elimination of  genuine political parties and liberation fronts  their political leaders with whom they drafted the charter of transition 1991 first, and  the policy of  elimination that targeted the Oromos  primarily and then other ethno-nationals  incarcerated in this  empire.  The TPLF-clan designed, planned, calculated and implemented  in overt and in covert operations of elimination policies, and orders against formidable political forces, civic, political economic institutions and systematically conducted genocide.
