Yet, the tyrants, perpetrators like Omar Al-Bashir of Sudan , Mengistu Haile Mariam, Meles Zenawi, Haile Mariam Desalegn of “Ethiopia, etc, who committed a crime against humanity are/ were not brought to international criminal courts to be punished for the grotesque acts they conducted against humanity.
From Crime without a Name to the Universal Declaration of Human Rights
